Summary

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CoreStation Test Drive program (“Test Drive”), a free remote access service provided by Amulet Hotkey (“Amulet Hotkey”, “we”, or “us”). Parties (“Party” or “Parties”) refers to both Amulet Hotkey and your organisation.

By registering for and accessing the Test Drive, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Any usage of the Test Drive assumes acceptance to these terms. Parties (“Party” or “Parties”) refers to both Amulet Hotkey and your organisation. Before you begin.

Eligibility

Access to the Test Drive environment is granted at Amulet Hotkey’s sole discretion and is limited to qualified individuals or organisations for the sole purpose of the evaluation and testing of Amulet Hotkey products and services.

Use Restrictions

You represent and warrant that you;

Will not use the Test Drive for production workloads, commercial activities, or benchmarking disclosure without prior written consent;
Will not share access credentials or allow any third party to access the environment using your credentials;
Will not attempt to copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract any software, configurations, or data not expressly made available for testing purposes;
Will not use the Test Drive in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including export control laws;
Will not introduce viruses, malware, or any form of malicious code;
Will not attempt unauthorized access to systems or data belonging to Amulet Hotkey, its partners, or other users;
Are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country or entity subject to applicable trade sanctions, embargoes or export control laws in the Unites States, United Kingdom and/or European Union, and that you will not use the Test Drive in violation of such laws;
Are solely responsible for the data you input, upload, or generate in the Test Drive environment;
Should not use any confidential, sensitive, personal, or production data within the test drive environment;
Understand the Test Drive environment is not guaranteed to be logically or physically segregated. While reasonable efforts are made to clean environments between sessions, we cannot guarantee full sanitization or complete removal of residual data between sessions; or
Understand all access and usage of the Test Drive environment may be monitored, logged, and audited for security and operational purposes. By using the environment, you consent to such monitoring.

Availability and Performance

Test Drive access is provided for a limited duration, and system state, data, and configurations may be reset or deleted at the end of each session. No persistent storage is provided.

The Test Drive is provided on an “as-is,” “as-available” basis without service-level guarantees. Access, uptime, performance, or availability may vary and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

No Warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Amulet Hotkey does not make and hereby disclaims all warranties of any kind, including but not limited to, any expressed, implied or statutory warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability or satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, system security or noninfringement of any third party’s intellectual property rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent not prohibited by law, Amulet Hotkey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or data loss, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, arising from or relating to your use of the Test Drive.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amulet Hotkey, its affiliates, service providers, and data centre partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses including legal fees, arising from your use of the Test Drive environment or your breach of these Terms.

Termination

Where appropriate, the above representation and warranties shall survive any termination.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Test Drive after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Parties with respect to the subject matter, and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous discussions, negotiations, proposals, understandings and agreements, written or oral, but nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude either Party’s liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Feedback

We welcome any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Test Drive. You agree that Amulet Hotkey may use such feedback without restriction, Intellectual Property infringement or compensation.
